Our Terms & Conditions of Sale – Summary

Prices

Quotations are valid for 3 months unless otherwise stated

Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the date of despatch

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the current rate (17.5%)

Carriage

Orders over £300 to a single address in mainland Britain carriage paid

Smaller orders will incur a carriage charge at cost (usually £8)

Deliveries to Scottish islands, N. Ireland and export destinations will be subject to carriage charges at cost

Payment terms

30 days from date of despatch for customers with a credit account, otherwise payment with order.

Pay by BACS or cheque payable to Lampholder 2000 Ltd

Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in withdrawal of credit account facilities

New customers

To arrange credit account facilities you will need to sign a copy of our Terms & Conditions of Sale in acknowledgement of them.

Title

All goods remain the property of Lampholder 2000 Ltd until payment in full has been received.

Stock

We aim to deliver ex-stock within one week of order

Should a product not be immediately available, you will be notified of the anticipated delivery date.

Shortages and Damages

Any shortages must be notified in writing to the Company within 7 days of receipt.

Goods should be inspected on arrival and any damage notified in writing to the Company within 14 days of receipt.

Warranty

Lampholder 2000 products are guaranteed for 12 months from date of delivery.

Should any product be found to be defective within this period, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge (NB this does not include lamps subsequent to delivery: please refer to the manufacturer concerned).

Note:  This Warranty does NOT apply if products have been modified; misused; damaged; exposed to excessive heat or humidity.
